NETWORK FINALS:  After timezone adjustment, FOX’s coverage of the US OPEN fell to 0.9 in final numbers.  The only other change from Sunday prelims was a 0.1 drop for the rerun of MADAM SECRETARY.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The season finale of Starz’s AMERICAN GODS rose 0.03 to 0.29.

AMC’s FEAR THE WALKING DEAD was due to dip below 1.00, and it happened this week with a 0.08 drop to 0.94, still enough to win the night by a large margin.  Note that AMC or Nielsen mistakenly listed the night’s TALKING DEAD as a rerun, but it was down 0.02 from last week to 0.34/938K.  Adult Swim’s MIKE TYSON MYSTERIES lost 0.04 to 0.49, and DECKER UNSEALED was up 0.03 to 0.32.  On HBO, LAST WEEK TONIGHT gained 0.03 to 0.45, SILICON VALLEY climbed 0.06 to 0.42, and VEEP was down 0.02 to 0.23.  TNT’s CLAWS held well, down 0.02 from last week’s series premiere to 0.42. Hallmark’s GOOD WITCH fell 0.07 to 0.21.  On Showtime, TWIN PEAKS ticked up to 0.11, and I’M DYING UP HERE stayed sub-chart, up 0.01 to 0.04/124K.

ESPN’s afternoon NASCAR race topped the unscripted realm at 0.53, and its primetime MLB game was at 0.44.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF THE POTOMAC climbed 0.05 to 0.50, and INVITE ONLY CABO jumped a tenth to 0.26.  On Food Network, FOOD NETWORK STAR gained 0.06 to 0.44, and GUY’S GROCERY GAMES was up 0.03 to 0.30.  HGTV’s top-rated show of the night was MEXICO LIFE, which jumped to 0.43/0.38 from last week’s 0.30.  On E!, BOTCHED returned at 0.38, and without last week’s 0.65 KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS as a lead-in, SECOND WIVES CLUB fell a tenth to 0.18, while WHAT HAPPENS AT THE ABBEY was down 0.01 to 0.12.  Discovery’s NAKED & AFRAID was a special episode that plunged 0.19 from last week’s regular installment to 0.35.  On ID, ON THE CASE WITH PAULA ZAHN gained 0.94 to 0.32, and DISAPPEARED ticked down to 0.28.
