As the new season settles, just about everything last night was down. CBS:  All of the 8-10PM sitcoms were down 0.2 from last week:  HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER to 2.9, WE ARE MEN to 1.8, 2 BROKE GIRLS to 2.2 and MOM to 2.0....
