NETWORK UPDATE:  As expected, after adjustment for football preemption, CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND and JANE THE VIRGIN each lost 0.1 in final numbers, putting them where they were last week.  In addition, THE BIG BANG THEORY gained 0.2.  (LIFE IN PIECES remained steady with the morning numbers.)

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  With the synergistic gift of the STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS trailer premiering at halftime, MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL gained 0.71 from last week’s game to 5.19.  (We don’t have a breakdown of cable quarter-hours, so can’t quantify the value of the trailer.)  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP HOLLYWOOD declined by 0.06 to 1.37, but BLACK INK CREW gained 0.15 to 1.26.  VH1 did something rather odd with the OUT IN HIP-HOP special that followed, according to the listings:  it premiered the show at 7AM, where it was barely watched at 0.08, then ran a “rerun” at 11PM, where it was at 0.74 with 1.51M total viewers, although that’s not reflected on the chart.  USA’s WWE broadcast was at 1.20-1.08, compared to last week’s 1.16-1.06.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY slipped 0.02 to 0.85, and LADIES OF LONDON fell 0.08 to 0.28.  Fox Sports 1’s American League MLB PLAYOFFS game was at 0.83.  On Discovery, a STREET OUTLAWS clip show was at 0.48, followed by 0.42 for VEGAS RAT RODS.  ABCFamily’s SWITCHED AT BIRTH gained 0.09 to 0.43 (and was up 0.11 to 0.68 in the F12-34 demo).  On MTV, AWKWARD. gained 0.09 to 0.37 (with 0.90 in the F12-34 demo), FAKING IT edged up 0.03 to 0.23 (0.66 in the demo), GIRL CODE LIVE was steady at 0.08, and TODRICK fell 0.02 to 0.07 (169K total viewers).  FX’s FARGO didn’t hold up well in the 2d week of its new season, down 0.21 to 0.27.  At the start of its 4th week, THE DAILY SHOW WITH TREVOR NOAH didn’t show much brand loyalty at 0.20.
