NETWORK FINALS:  MAN WITH A PLAN and THE RESIDENT gained 0.1 in final numbers, but things got worse for the premiere of THE CODE, which lost 0.1 to an ugly 0.5.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  TNT’s NBA PLAYOFFS games led Monday cable at 1.14/1.11.  USA’s WWE telecast was at 0.93/0.92/0.87, compared to last week’s 1.15/1.10/1.00.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP ticked up to 0.71, and TI & TINY returned at 0.45.  MTV’s TEEN MOM dipped 0.04 to 0.50.  On Bravo, VANDERPUMP RULES lost 0.08 to 0.49, and SUMMER HOUSE was down 0.02 to 0.18.  On Discovery, STREET OUTLAWS rose 0.05 to 0.48, and DIESEL BROTHERS was down 0.04 to 0.29.  TBS’s AMERICAN DAD climbed 0.03 to 0.39.  On Food Network, SPRING BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP shed 0.06 to 0.31, DUFF TAKES THE CAKE was at 0.25, and ACE OF CAKES was at 0.23.  Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT led cable news at 0.27/0.48/3.1M, with MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.24/0.40/2.9M, and CNN’s LEAD WITH JAKE TAPPER at 0.21/0.32/1.6M.  On ID, BETRAYED was steady at 0.27, and UNBREAKABLE held at 0.18.  On HGTV, BARGAIN MANSIONS was at 0.25/0.23, ONE OF A KIND ticked up to 0.24, and HOUSE HUNTERS dropped 0.07 to 0.19.  NBC Sports Net’s NHL PLAYOFFS games were at 0.21/0.21, and CNBC’s game was at 0.12.  On History, JESUS: HIS LIFE was at 0.19/0.15 compared to last week’s 0.13/0.12, and KNIGHTFALL improved by 0.06 to 0.14.  Freeform’s SHADOWHUNTERS gained 0.03 to 0.13.  Lifetime’s ESCAPING POLYGAMY was at 0.11/0.10 compared to last week’s 0.13.  AMC’s INTO THE BADLANDS fell 0.04 to 0.10.
