NETWORK FINALS:  AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR gained 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Even with the REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION in gear, VH1 and USA continued to split the Monday cable honors.  VH1’s LOVE & HIP-HOP was steady at 1.40, with lead-out TI & TINY returning at 0.86.  On USA, the WWE telecast was at 1.18/1.16/1.05, compared to last week’s 1.05/1.11/1.14.  Not unexpectedly, while CNN and FOX News were close in 18-49 ratings (FOX News ahead 0.94-0.88 in their respective 10PM hours), FOX News pulled away in the older-skewing total viewers metric, 6.4M to 3.9M. On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY gained 0.09 to 0.67, and ODD MOM OUT grew by 0.07 to 0.27.  On TNT, RIZZOLI & ISLES lost 0.05 to 0.52, and MAJOR CRIMES rose 0.03 to 0.50.  On Discovery, MISFIT GARAGE slipped 0.03 to 0.50, and FAT N FURIOUS lost 0.05 to 0.37.  MTV’s weekly TEEN MOM “special” slid 0.03 to 0.41, and ARE YOU THE ONE ticked down to 0.37.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS was at 0.39, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL gained 0.03 to 0.33, and TINY HOUSE, BIG LIVING was at 0.30/0.28, compared to last week’s 0.38/0.35. Freeform’s THE FOSTERS ticked down to 0.33, while GUILT held (albeit off the chart) at 0.08/286K. Food Network’s CAKE WARS was down 0.04 to 0.30, CUPCAKE WARS fell 0.08 to 0.23, and CAKE HUNTERS was at 0.25/0.23.  On Lifetime, DEVIOUS MAIDS dropped 0.07 to 0.27, and UNREAL was down a hundredth to 0.20.  TLC’s TALLEST TEENS was at 0.26.  On TBS, ANGIE TRIBECA ticked down to 0.25, and FULL FRONTAL was also at 0.25.  The season finale of Syfy’s 12 MONKEYS fell 0.03 to 0.12.
