NETWORK FINALS:  LITTLE BIG SHOTS and BOB’S BURGERS gained 0.1 in final numbers, while GENIUS JR and the 8:30PM BROOKLYN NINE-NINE lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  It’s not exactly breaking news at this point that AMC’s THE WALKING DEAD is both way down from its heights and still a tremendous hit.  The season finale gained 0.60 from last week to 3.41… but that was down a huge 2.01 from 2017, a 37% drop.  The season premiere of FEAR THE WALKING DEAD, heavily promoted as being more closely tied to the mothership than ever before, was at 1.63, which was up significantly from 2017’s 2-hour 1.18/1.04, but that premiere didn’t have a WALKING DEAD finale as a lead-in.  TALKING DEAD, airing an hour late because of the FEAR premiere, fell 0.23 to 0.78.  

The non-AMC scripted leader was Adult Swim, where MIKE TYSON MYSTERIES was down 0.06 to 0.50, and BALLMASTRZ 9009 was at 0.32/0.30, compared to last week’s 0.40/0.39.  On HBO, LAST WEEK TONIGHT climbed 0.08 to 0.43, SILICON VALLEY ticked up to 0.29, BARRY shed 0.03 to 0.19, and the season finale of HERE AND NOW was up a tick to 0.11.  On TBS, JOKER’S WILD returned at 0.35, and DROP THE MIC had a 0.33 season premiere.  On Showtime, HOMELAND was steady at 0.29, but BILLIONS dropped 0.07 to 0.19, and the season premiere of THE CIRCUS was off the chart at 0.03/191K .  Hallmark’s WHEN CALLS THE HEART lost 0.03 to 0.21.  On E!, THE ARRANGEMENT ticked down to 0.16, and THE ROYALS was also down 0.01 to 0.15.  FX’s TRUST continued downward, by 0.03 to 0.11.  On Starz, ASH VS EVIL DEAD gained 0.02 to 0.08, and HOWARDS END was up 0.02 to 0.05/276K.  BBCAmerica’s KILLING EVE fell off the chart, down 0.03 to 0.07/371K.  

Unscripted was again led by the NBA PLAYOFFS, this time on TNT with 1.93/1.67/1.33 ratings.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA gained 0.05 to 0.99, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF THE POTOMAC dropped 0.06 to 0.38, and SOUTHERN CHARM was at 0.36.  Discovery’s NAKED & AFRAID rose 0.04 to 0.45.  Food Network’s GUY’S GROCERY GAMES was up 0.05 to 0.42, and WORST COOKS IN AMERICA was at 0.41.  ESPN’s MLB SUNDAY NIGHT game was at 0.39.  HGTV’s line-up was led by HOW CLOSE CAN I BEACH, up a tick to 0.33.  ID’s BREAKING HOMICIDE was at 0.27, and DISAPPEARED was at 0.26.  Paramount’s BAR RESCUE dropped 0.04 to 0.24.  On TLC, LONG ISLAND MEDIUM fell 0.09 to 0.23, and LONG LOST FAMILY was down 0.04 to 0.20.
