NETWORK FINALS:  BIG BROTHER rose 0.1 in final numbers, while the 9PM MARLON, SALVATION, and the reruns of SVU and SPEECHLESS lost the same.  MASTERCHEF was rated as 2 separate episodes at 1.0/1.1.  As we noted this morning, the CW reruns had been suspiciously high (presumably due to sports preemption), and reduced to 0.1/0.2.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  VH1’s BLACK INK CREW took Wednesday cable, down a tick to 0.57, with SIGNED up 0.04 to 0.39.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NYC dropped 0.06 to 0.53, the VANDERPUMP RULES ROAD TRIP spin-off was at 0.25, and ODD MOM OUT ticked down to 0.18.  On USA, THE SINNER grew by 0.02 to 0.53, again ahead of its lead-in SUITS, down 0.04 to 0.37.  On Discovery, the season finale of ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE fell 0.04 to 0.48.  ID’s premiere of SHATTERED was at 0.43, and HOMICIDE HUNTER launched at 0.34.  The season premiere of Food Network’s WORST COOKS IN AMERICA was at 0.39/0.24, and COOKS VS CONS ticked up to 0.26.  With no presidential speech on the night, MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW reclaimed the cable news title at 0.38/3M, over CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.26/1.3M, and Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.25/2.5M.  OWN’s GREENLEAF edged up 0.02 to 0.38.  FX’s SNOWFALL fell 0.05 to 0.36.  ESPN’s LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD SERIES coverage was at 0.36.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL rose 0.02 to 0.35, HOUSE HUNTERS: WHERE ARE THEY NOW was at 0.33, and PROPERTY BROS was up 0.02 to 0.30.  Nickelodeon’s 9:30AM PAW PATROL was at 0.32, and lead-out SUNNY DAY was at 0.27.  Univision’s LIGA soccer match was at 0.30.  MTV’s CATFISH ticked down to 0.29, and UNDRESSED was at 0.14/0.10 compared to last week’s 0.20/0.19.  On Lifetime, COUPLES RETREAT gained 0.02 to 0.29, and GROWING UP SUPERMODEL ticked up to 0.13.  E!’s just-renewed HOLLYWOOD MEDIUM climbed 0.05 to 0.25.  On A&E, WAHLBURGERS was at 0.23/0.22 compared to last week’s 0.19/0.22, and THE LOWE FILES was steady at 0.14.  TV Land’s YOUNGER ticked up to 0.22.  On Tru, INSIDE JOKES ticked down to 0.18, and I’M SORRY was also down a tick to 0.14.  Syfy’s BLOOD DRIVE ticked down to 0.09.  IFC’s BARONESS VON SKETCH had a 0.03 bump to 0.04/95K.
