NETWORK FINALS:  Both EMPIRE and LETHAL WEAPON gained 0.1 in final numbers, as did CRIMINAL MINDS, BLINDSPOT and SVU.  Both CW reruns of PENN & TELLER: FOOL US and WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY dropped 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  TV Land’s already-renewed YOUNGER had a simulcast season premiere with Nick At Nite, both with 0.16 ratings, while IMPASTOR also aired on both networks, respectively at 0.08 and 0.14.  Meanwhile, FX’s AMERICAN HORROR STORY was far ahead of the rest of Wednesday cable, although down a tenth to 1.69. On Comedy Central, SOUTH PARK rose 0.12 to 1.09, and LEGENDS OF CHAMBERLAIN HALL was up 0.08 to 0.35, which also seemed to help THE DAILY SHOW, unusually in the Top 10 at 0.39.  It was a good night for political humor in general, as TBS’s FULL FRONTAL made a strong return with a debate-centric episode at 0.58.  (And without the humor, CNN’s PRESIDENTIAL TOWN HALL was also in the Top 10 at 0.40, while Fox News had a pair of regular series just below the Top 10 at 0.35 for O’REILLY FACTOR and 0.34 for KELLY FILE–both of those, as per usual, much higher in total viewers than in 18-49s.)  Lifetime’s LITTLE WOMEN franchise had ATLANTA up 0.02 to 0.53, and LA steady at 0.51.  Food Network’s WORST COOKS jumped 0.12 to 0.46.  OWN’s QUEEN SUGAR ticked up to 0.45. Bravo’s DON’T BE TARDY climbed 0.04 to 0.35.  On HGTV, PROPERTY BROTHERS was down 0.02 to 0.32, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL gained 0.05 to 0.31, and HOUSE HUNTERS lost 0.02 to 0.29.  E!’s HOLLYWOOD MEDIUM added 0.04 to 0.31, and the season finale of BOTCHED BY NATURE was up 0.04 to 0.25.  MTV’s CATFISH fell 0.07 to 0.28, and UNLOCKING THE TRUTH fell 0.02 to 0.13.  On Discovery, DUAL SURVIVAL rose 0.03 to 0.27, and. Syfy’s GHOST HUNTERS gained 0.07 to 0.23, and PARANORMAL WITNESS was up 0.03 to 0.18.  On TLC, TODDLERS & TIARAS rose 0.06 to 0.22, with the PRE-SHOW at 0.20.  FXX’s just-renewed YOU’RE THE WORST ticked up to 0.09.  In the realm below the chart, HBO’s ANY GIVEN WEDNESDAY dropped 0.02 to 0.06/144K, IFC’s DOCUMENTARY NOW ticked up to 0.05/111K, and Sundance’s GOMORRAH fell 0.01 to 0.01/70K.
