NETWORK FINALS:  THE BIG BANG THEORY gained 0.1 in final numbers, while MY KITCHEN RULES lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  It’s not much of a shock that Inauguration Eve was a bonanza for Fox News, which had all of the Top 4 slots on Thursday cable, plus 2 more in the Top 10.  They were led by SPECIAL REPORT WITH BRET BAIER in the 6PM hour at 0.64 in the 18-49 demo and 5.6M total viewers.  (By comparison, the top CNN rating was ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 9PM, with ratings of 0.35/1.6M.) Politics aside, the night was topped by HGTV’s FLIP OR FLOP, up 0.02 to 0.55, with HOUSE HUNTERS up 0.03 to 0.42, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL up 0.02 to 0.39.  TNT’s NBA doubleheader featured Washington vs. Knicks at 0.53, and Minnesota vs. Clippers at 0.50. On History, ALONE dropped a tenth to 0.45, and THE SELECTION was down 0.02 to 0.26.  A&E’s THE FIRST 48 ticked down to 0.42, and NIGHTWATCH was down 0.06 to 0.40.  Spike’s LIP SYNC BATTLE gained 0.03 to 0.38, with the TMI after-show at 0.29, and CARAOKE SHOWDOWN up 0.06 to 0.24.  Bravo’s TOP CHEF fell 0.05 to 0.36. Food Network’s BEAT BOBBY FLAY was steady at 0.33. On Lifetime, PROJECT RUNWAY JR ticked up to 0.30.  USA’s COLONY lost a tick to 0.28.  CMT’s NASHVILLE dropped 0.04 to 0.24. BASKETS returned to FX at 0.24, slightly more than half of last year’s 0.46 series premiere, although a bit above the 0.22 season finale.  E!’s REVENGE BODY tumbled 0.11 from last week’s premiere to 0.19.  On We, LA HAIR dropped a tick to 0.14, and GHOSTS IN THE HOOD held at 0.09.  POP’s IMPACT WRESTLING was steady at 0.07.  IFC’s PORTLANDIA rose 0.02 to 0.06.
