A mostly steady night.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

CW:  THE VAMPIRE DIARIES had a 0.1 bump to 0.4, but the season finale of CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND stayed at 0.2.

FOX:  ROSEWOOD was stable at 0.6, but SLEEPY HOLLOW lost 0.1 to 0.5.

ABC:  LAST MAN STANDING held at 1.2, and DR KEN was down 0.1 to 0.9.  SHARK TANK was also down 0.1 to 1.3, and 20/20 gained 0.2 to 1.0.

NBC:  GRIMM (0.8) and EMERALD CITY (0.6) remained at last week’s numbers, but DATELINE dropped 0.3 to 0.7.

CBS:  MACGYVER aired its first new episode since January 13, and was down 0.1 to 1.0.  HAWAII 5-0 returned from a week off up 0.1 to 1.1, and BLUE BLOODS was steady at 1.2.  

Tonight’s original programming is mostly sports-related (NBA on ABC, the NFL HONORS special on FOX), and in late-night, SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE is hosted by the not particularly comic Kristen Stewart (the TWILIGHT movies don’t count), with musical guest Alessia Cara.  On Sunday, FOX airs a football game, and follows it with the launch of 24: LEGACY.  Few networks will try to compete, although HBO and Starz are among the exceptions.
