NETWORK FINALS:  POWERLESS, CHICAGO MED, THE GREAT INDOORS and MOM all lost 0.1 in final numbers, while RIVERDALE just barely gained the same (it ended up at 0.46).

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  It was a big night for basketball, with games in 4 of the Top 5 slots of the night. ESPN’s COLLEGE BASKETBALL doubleheader had the night’s leader with North Carolina vs. Duke at 1.00, as well as another game at 0.59.  Meanwhile, TNT’s NBA doubleheader featured Cleveland vs. Oklahoma City at 0.81 and Boston vs. Portland at 0.53.  History’s ALONE was the only other Top 5 resident, up 0.12 to 0.62, with an AFTER-SHOW special at 0.36.  Tru’s IMPRACTICAL JOKERS returned at 0.53, with INSIDE JOKES at 0.29.  The travel ban appeal decision presumably accounted for the Top 10 presence of Fox News’s O’REILLY FACTOR at 0.45 and CNN’s ERIN BURNETT UPFRONT at 0.42.  (As usual, the Fox News margin was much wider with total viewers, 4.4M vs. 1.7M). On HGTV, FLIP OR FLOP dropped 0.06 to 0.42, HOUSE HUNTERS lost 0.07 to 0.36, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was down 0.04 to 0.33.  A&E’s NIGHTWATCH fell 0.05 to 0.37, with a PRE-SHOW special at 0.30. Bravo’s TOP CHEF ticked down to 0.36, preceded by an INSIDE THE ACTORS STUDIO at 0.08.  Food Network’s BEAT BOBBY FLAY climbed 0.05 to 0.33.  On USA, COLONY gained 0.04 to 0.31.  On Spike, LIP SYNC BATTLE rose 0.05 to 0.31, with its AFTER-SHOW at 0.20 and CARAOKE SHOWDOWN ticked up to 0.13.  Lifetime’s PROJECT RUNWAY JR slipped 0.02 to 0.27.  FX’s BASKETS jumped 0.08 to 0.22.  On CMT, NASHVILLE held at 0.17, and its Nick At Nite run was at 0.21. E!’s  REVENGE BODY dropped 0.06 to 0.17.  On We, LA HAIR gained 0.02 to 0.15, and GHOSTS IN THE HOOD was up 0.03 to 0.10.  IFC’s PORTLANDIA dropped 0.04 and off the chart to 0.05/122K. POP’s IMPACT WRESTLING similarly fell off the chart, down 0.02 to 0.05/252K.
