NETWORK FINALS:  THIS IS US tied a milestone in final numbers, rounding up to a 3.0 18-49 rating (actually it was 2.96, but who’s counting), its first 9PM rating at that level.  In addition, THE MIDDLE gained 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  FX’s THE AMERICANS returned at 0.24, down 0.04 from the 2016 premiere (which was on a Wednesday).  

USA had a firm hand on the top of the chart, with WWE SMACKDOWN up 0.03 to 0.89, and CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST up 0.08 to 0.77. HGTV’s FIXER UPPER ticked down to 0.69, HOUSE HUNTERS gained 0.07 to 0.47, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was up 0.02 to 0.38. Discovery’s MOONSHINERS, which took last week off, was up 0.04 from 2 weeks ago to 0.61, and KILLING FIELDS was up 0.05 to 0.38. OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS fell 0.06 to 0.60.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS edged up 0.02 to 0.58, and IMPOSTERS was down 0.04 to 0.23.  ESPN’s WCC TOURNAMENT college basketball game was at 0.54.  On MTV, THE CHALLENGE rose 0.03 to 0.49, and STRANDED WITH A MILLION ticked up to 0.20. TBS’s THE DETOUR was up 0.02 to 0.43.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 climbed 0.02 to 0.38, and DETROITERS was down 0.02 to 0.16. BET’s BEING MARY JANE dropped 0.04 to 0.37.  On Lifetime, LITTLE WOMEN: LA slipped 0.02 to 0.32, and THE POP GAME was down 0.02 to 0.13.  Food Network’s CHOPPED lost 0.05 to 0.29.  Syfy’s FACE OFF ticked down to 0.26. TLC’s MY BIG FAT FABULOUS LIFE dropped 0.02 to 0.24, and SHE’S IN CHARGE was at 0.16. WGN’s OUTSIDERS fell 0.03 to 0.21.  Freeform’s SWITCHED AT BIRTH aired without a lead-in from THE FOSTERS, and was down 0.03 to 0.18.  On TV Land, TEACHERS ticked up to 0.15, and THROWING SHADE was up 0.02 to 0.08.
