NETWORK FINALS:  AMERICA’S GOT TALENT gained 0.1 in final numbers, and WORLD OF DANCE lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The series finale of Freeform’s  PRETTY LITTLE LIARS jumped 0.29 from last week to 0.72, although it was up only 0.04 from the August 2016 season finale.  The AFTER-SHOW special was at 0.32.  Elsewhere, BET’s TALES premiered at 0.21.  

The night’s crown belonged to USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN, down 0.02 from last week to 0.83, with lead-out TEAM NINJA WARRIOR down 0.05 to 0.33.  OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS slipped 0.04 to 0.65.  ESPN’s COLLEGE WORLD SERIES game was at 0.51. The season finale of TLC’s LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD rose 0.04 to 0.50, with lead-out I AM JAZZ at 0.32.  Discovery’s THE DEADLIEST CATCH ticked down to 0.48, and DEVIL’S CANYON was down 0.09 to 0.21.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK dropped 0.06 to 0.44. Spike’s INK MASTER ticked down to 0.43.  TBS’s WRECKED fell 0.09 to 0.40.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 rose 0.04 to 0.39, and THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW was down 0.07 to 0.17.  TNT’s ANIMAL KINGDOM grew by 0.02 to 0.36. HGTV’s GOOD BONES lost 0.05 to 0.33. The season finale of TLC’s LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD gained 0.04 to 0.50, with lead-out I AM JAZZ at 0.32.  MTV’s FEAR FACTOR rose 0.05 to 0.29.  Fox News had the advantage in cable news, with TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.26/2.8M, above MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.25/2.5M, and CNN’s ERIN BURNETT UPFRONT at 0.20/900K.  On ID, I AM HOMICIDE lost 0.04 to 0.22, and 6 DEGREES OF MURDER was down 0.04 to 0.17.  On Food Network, CHOPPED fell 0.07 to 0.22, and CHOPPED JR ticked down to 0.19. Syfy’s FACE OFF climbed 0.04 to 0.21.  A&E’s BORN THIS WAY dropped 0.09 to 0.16.
