Everything was down from Premiere Week, but the drops were especially steep at FOX.

FOX: EMPIRE fell half a point to 1.9, tying its series low. That led STAR to tumble 0.4 to 1.4.
CBS: After SURVIVOR dropped 0.2 to 1.6, SEAL TEAM lost 0.3 from last week’s series premiere to 1.2, putting it in 4th place for the hour (although it fared better in the older Total Viewers metric). The night finished with CRIMINAL MINDS down 0.2 to 1.1.
ABC: The declines were THE GOLDBERGS by 0.2 to 1.6, SPEECHLESS by 0.1 to 1.3, MODERN FAMILY by 0.2 to 1.9, AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE by 0.2 to 1.4, and DESIGNATED SURVIVOR by 0.2 to 0.9.
NBC: Everything was down by 0.1: THE BLACKLIST to 1.0, SVU to 1.3, and CHICAGO PD to 1.2.
CW: Reruns at 0.3/0.2.
ABC’s SCANDAL begins its final season tonight. On cable, Syfy launches GHOST WARS after the season premiere of VAN HELSING.
COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
