NETWORK FINALS:  There were no changes from this morning’s preliminary ratings.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN led Tuesdday cable, steady with last week’s 0.82, but lead-out DAMNATION lost almost 80% of that number, down 0.06 to 0.18.  On History, CURSE OF OAK ISLAND ticked down to 0.73, and HUNT FOR THE ZODIAC KILLER held at 0.37.  On HGTV, FIXER UPPER returned big at 0.59, which pushed HOUSE HUNTERS up 0.03 to 0.31, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL up 0.02 to 0.26.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK slipped 0.02 to 0.50.  On MTV, the 9PM reunion episode of THE CHALLENGE dropped 0.06 to 0.45, with the lead-out of the new cycle premiere at 0.38.  OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG lost 0.03 to 0.43, and the series premiere of CHECKED INN followed at 0.17.  On Discovery, MOONSHINERS fell 0.08 to 0,38, and BUSHCRAFT BUILD-OFF was down 0.08 to 0.21.  On a Comedy Central night of season finales, TOSH.0 was steady at 0.37, and THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW was up 0.05 to 0.25.  In the 18-49 demo for cable news, it was a tie between Fox News’s HANNITY (0.31/0.49/3M) and MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW (0.31/0.48/2.6M), with CNN’s ERIN BURNETT OUTFRONT at 0.19/0.23/766K.  Food Network’s CHOPPED shed 0.03 to 0.29.  On TBS, JOKERS WILD fell 0.09 to 0.29, and DROP THE MIC was down 0.06 to 0.24.  ESPN’s COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS RANKING SHOW, on a less dramatic week, collapsed by a massive 1.06 to 0.29.  On ID, DEAD SILENT ticked down to 0.27, and GRAVE SECRETS was down 0.07 to 0.21.  A pair of Nickelodeon’s PARADISE RUN episodes were at 0.27/0.27, compared to last week’s 0.24.  A&E’s LEAH REMINI: SCIENTOLOGY & THE AFTERMATH dropped 0.06 to 0.26, followed by the premiere of WHO KILLED TUPAC at 0.24.  TNT’s MAJOR CRIMES edged up 0.02 to 0.25.  On TLC, THE LITTLE COUPLE dropped 0.05 to 0.18, and HEDGES HALF DOZEN ticked up to 0.17.  BET’s THE MANE EVENT was steady at 0.18.  TV Land’s TEACHERS gained 0.02 to 0.15.  Spike’s just-renewed INK MASTER: ANGELS fell 0.05 to 0.13.  NatGeo’s THE LONG ROAD HOME lost 0.04 to 0.08.  Tru’s AT HOME WITH AMY SEDARIS dropped 0.05 to 0.07.
