NETWORK FINALS:  RISE fell 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The Season 2 premiere of FX’s LEGION was at 0.30, which was down 0.39 from last year’s series premiere, and down 0.12 from the Season 1 finale.  The official premiere of TBS’s THE LAST OG isn’t on the chart because it was listed as a rerun due to its post-NCAA “sneak peek,” but even with that advance audience, it started strong at 0.68/1.75M.

USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN led Tuesday cable, up a tick to 0.79, with UNSOLVED down 0.06 to 0.32.  On HGTV, FIXER UPPER climbed 0.14 to 0.73, GOOD BONES was at 0.38, HOUSE HUNTERS aired in the 11PM hour and fell 0.14 to 0.26, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was down 0.12 to 0.24.  TNT’s NBA doubleheader was at 0.71 (Golden State vs. Oklahoma City)/0.41 (Clippers vs. San Antonio).  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS rose 0.05 to 0.56, and SUMMER HOUSE was at 0.23.  On History, FORGED IN FIRE gained 0.03 to 0.43, and CURSE OF CIVIL WAR GOLD was down 0.03 to 0.31.  VH1’s AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL ticked up to 0.36.  TLC’s LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD returned at 0.35, and MY LITTLE LIFE premiered at 0.26.  On Lifetime, MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT gained 0.04 to 0.34, and LOVE AT FIRST FLIGHT remained at 0.12.  Paramount’s INK MASTER was steady at 0.33, and INK MASTER: ANGELS was up 0.02 to 0.16.  On ID, FORBIDDEN slipped 0.02 to 0.32, and WEB OF LIES was down 0.03 to 0.26.  MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW led cable news in the demo at 0.32/0.47/2.7M, above Fox News’s HANNITY at 0.30/0.48/2.9M and CNN’s SITUATION ROOM at 0.22/0.29/1.2M.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 edged up 0.02 to 0.29, and THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW was up 0.03 to 0.16, with a late-night THE PRESIDENT SHOW special at 0.12.  Discovery aired a DEADLIEST CATCH special at 0.30.  Food Network’s CHOPPED ticked up to 0.26.  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE lost 0.04 to 0.23.  BET’s THE QUAD gained 0.03 to 0.22.  Freeform’s SHADOWHUNTERS rose 0.04 to 0.20.
