NETWORK FINALS:  THE PROPOSAL lost 0.1 in final numbers, and the WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY rerun gained the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s coverage of the MLB HOME RUN DERBY led Monday cable at 1.82, with the lead-out CELEBRITY SOFTBALL telecast at 0.97.  USA’s WWE was at 1.03/0.95/0.90, compared to last week’s 0.80/0.79/0.75.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP slipped 0.03 to 1.02, and BASKETBALL WIVES returned at 0.80.  On Discovery, STREET OUTLAWS climbed 0.08 to 0.65, and AMERICAN CHOPPER was up 0.05 to 0.37.  On MTV, TEEN MOM lost 0.15 to 0.63, and FLORIBAMA SHORE was down a tenth to 0.44, with the AFTER-SHOW down 0.06 to 0.21.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY returned at 0.54.  MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW took the cable news crown in the demo at 0.41/0.63/3.5M, with Fox News’s HANNITY at 0.39/0.67/4M, and CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.38/0.49/1.7M.  On HGTV, LOVE IT OR LIST IT ticked up to 0.34, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL dipped 0.03 to 0.31, and HOUSE HUNTERS was down 0.05 to 0.28.  HBO’s ROBIN WILLIAMS: COME INSIDE special debuted at 0.26.  History’s AMERICAN PICKERS held at 0.24.  On Food Network, WEDDING CAKE CHAMPIONSIHP lost 0.08 to 0.23.  On ID, THE REAL STORY fell 0.06 to 0.20, PEOPLE MAGAZINE INVESTIGATES ticked up to 0.19, and THE LAST 24 was down 0.04 to 0.17.  On Lifetime, LIVE PD was at 0.18/0.18 compared to last week’s 0.21/0.20, and ESCAPING POLYGAMY was down 0.02 to 0.17.  Freeform’s DISNEY’S FAIRY TALE WEDDINGS gained 0.02 to 0.11.  Syfy’s WYNONNA EARP returned at 0.09.  A&E’s CULTURESHOCK dropped 0.03 to 0.08.  On AMC, DIETLAND ticked down to 0.08, and UNAPOLOGETIC was down 0.03 to 0.02/83K.
