CW: SUPERNATURAL fell 0.2 to tie its series low 0.3, and while the premiere of LEGACIES held all of its lead-in, that still wasn’t much of a start.
ABC: GREY’S ANATOMY returned from a week off at a steady 1.5. STATION 19 gained 0.1 to 0.9, and HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER remained at 0.7.
CBS: THE BIG BANG THEORY (2.2) and YOUNG SHELDON (1.7) were steady. MOM (1.2) and MURPHY BROWN (0.8) each lost 0.1. SWAT stayed at 0.7.
NBC: SUPERSTORE (0.9), THE GOOD PLACE (0.8) and WILL & GRACE (0.9) all held last week’s numbers. Both I FEEL BAD (0.5) and SVU (0.9) were down 0.1.
FOX: The preliminary 2.6 for THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL was up 0.8 from last week’s early rating.
Tonight, NBC has a seasonally-timed season premiere for MIDNIGHT, TEXAS, and ABC preempts the night’s opening hour for another run of IT’S THE GREAT PUMPKIN, CHARLIE BROWN. FOX has Game 3 of the WORLD SERIES.
COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
