SHOWBUZZDAILY WEDNESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 4.17.2019

 

THE AMAZING RACE returned.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

CBS:  After a steady 1.5 for SURVIVOR, THE AMAZING RACE had a 1.2 season premiere, down 0.4 from its January 18 2018 premiere (when it aired in the 8PM slot).  SEAL TEAM was up 0.1 to 0.7.

FOX:  EMPIRE (1.1) and STAR (0.9) held last week’s numbers.

CW:  RIVERDALE aired for the first time since March 27, and dropped 0.1 to a series low 0.2.  JANE THE VIRGIN was steady at 0.1.

ABC:  The only new show of the night was WHISKEY CAVALIER, which lost 0.1 to a series low 0.5.  It was preceded by sitcom reruns at 0.5-0.7.

NBC:  Reruns at 0.5-0.6.

Tonight, LIFE IN PIECES returns with a 2-episode season premiere.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
