NETWORK FINALS:  The MLB ALL-STAR GAME adjusted up to 1.9, down 0.2 from 2018’s final rating.  Elsewhere, AMERICA’S GOT TALENT gained 0.1 in final numbers, and the reruns of AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE and THE GOLDBERGS lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS led Tuesday cable at 0.58.  On USA, WWE SMACKDOWN dipped 0.03 to 0.53, CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST dropped 0.08 to 0.36, and THE RADKES was down 0.06 to 0.15.  Discovery’s THE DEADLIEST CATCH jumped a tenth to 0.41, and MOONSHINERS returned at 0.27.  VH1’s BLACK INK CREW ticked down to 0.36, and SCREAM was at 0.20/0.16, compared to Monday’s 0.36/0.29.  TNT’s ANIMAL KINGDOM ticked up to 0.32.  TBS’s THE DETOUR edged up 0.02 to 0.29.  On ID, TIL DEATH DO US PART launched at 0.29, and DIABOLICAL was up 0.08 to 0.27.  On TLC, OUTDAUGHTERED lost 0.03 to 0.27, and SWEET HOME SEXTUPLETS ticked up to 0.23.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS rose 0.05 to 0.27, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was steady at 0.24, and GOOD BONES shed a tick to 0.26.  Paramount’s INK MASTER grew by 0.05 to 0.25.  On History, a COUNTING CARS special was at 0.23.  Fox News’s HANNITY and MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW tied in the 18-49 demo, with HANNITY at 0.22/0.38/2.9M, and MADDOW at 0.22/0.33/2.7M, and with CNN TONIGHT at 0.13/0.18/800K.  FX’s POSE returned from a week off steady at 0.21.  On Food Network, CHOPPED JR dropped 0.04 to 0.21, and CHOPPED was down 0.04 to 0.20.  On Comedy Central, DRUNK HISTORY lost 0.04 to 0.17, and ALTERNATINO ticked up to 0.12.  BET’s TALES gained 0.03 to 0.15.  On Lifetime, DANCE MOMS fell 0.05 to 0.15, and CHEERLEADER GENERATION was down 0.03 to 0.06.  OWN’s AMBITIONS (without a lead-in from THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS) fell 0.08 to 0.14.  Freeform’s GOOD TROUBLE held at 0.14.  HBO’s documentary miniseries I LOVE YOU, NOW DIE was at 0.09.  WGN’s THE DISAPPEARANCE premiered off the chart at 0.02/139K.
