NETWORK FINALS:  BACHELOR IN PARADISE gained 0.1 in final numbers, while GRAND HOTEL and the reruns of BULLETPROOF and the 9:30PM WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  It was a busy but not particularly high-rated night for arrivals and departures.  On AMC, THE TERROR returned with a 0.15 premiere, down 0.25 from its Monday series premiere last year (down a much crazier 1.19 from the previous night, when it was bundled with THE WALKING DEAD), and also down 0.03 from the Season 1 finale, with the season premiere of LODGE 49 at 0.08, down 0.09 from last year’s series premiere (with BETTER CALL SAUL as a lead-in), and down 0.01 from the Season 1 finale.  The series finale of FX’s LEGION gained 0.03 to 0.13.  The series premiere of HBO’s OUR BOYS didn’t make the chart, with back-to-back episodes at 0.03/124K & 0.02/100K.  

USA’s WWE coverage led Monday cable at 0.95/0.93/0.87, compared to last week’s 0.83/0.82/0.78, with the lead-out debut of STRAIGHT UP STEVE AUSTIN at 0.49.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP fell 0.13 to 0.68, GIRLS CRUISE lost 0.06 to 0.36, and LOVE & LISTINGS was down 0.06 to 0.26.  On TLC, THE OTHER WAY jumped a tenth to 0.62, and THE FAMILY CHANTEL was up 0.04 to 0.43.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK gained 0.03 to 0.59.  On MTV, TEEN MOM grew by 0.03 to 0.38, and THE HILLS was up 0.09 to 0.28.  TBS’s AMERICAN DAD dipped 0.03 to 0.35.  Adult Swim’s FINAL SPACE rose 0.04 to 0.34.  On Discovery, FAST N LOUD shrank by 0.03 to 0.30, and AARON NEEDS A JOB was down 0.04 to 0.17.  History’s THE FOOD THAT BUILT AMERICA was at 0.27/0.25.  On ID, TWISTED SISTERS returned at 0.27, and EXTREME MEASURES was at 0.22.  On HGTV, HIDDEN POTENTIAL was at 0.26/0.25 compared to last week’s 0.22, HOUSE HUNTERS ticked down to 0.18, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL lost 0.05 to 0.15, and MY FIRST PLACE was at 0.16.  Fox News’s HANNITY topped cable news at 0.24/0.41/3.2M, with MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.18/0.32/2.5M, and CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.13/0.22/1M.  A&E’s LIVE RESCUE ticked down to 0.22, and LIVE PD: POLICE PATROL was at 0.16/0.13 compared to last week’s 0.27/0.24.  On Food Network, KIDS BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP edged up 0.02 to 0.22, and CHOPPED was steady at 0.21.
