SHOWBUZZDAILY THURSDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 10.10.2019

 

None of the night’s newcomers are thriving.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

CW:  The season premiere of SUPERNATURAL was down 0.1 from last fall’s premiere to 0.4.  The season premiere of LEGACIES was steady with 2018’s series premiere at 0.3.

ABC:  GREY’S ANATOMY (1.3), A MILLION LITTLE THINGS (0.8) and HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER (0.5) were all steady.

CBS:  YOUNG SHELDON held at 1.0, but THE UNICORN lost 0.1 to 0.7.  MOM stayed at 0.8, but CAROL’S SECOND ACT dropped 0.1 to 0.6.  EVIL was down 0.1 to 0.5.

NBC:  SUPERSTORE was steady at 0.8, but PERFECT HARMONY fell 0.1 to 0.4.  THE GOOD PLACE (0.6) and SUNNYSIDE (0.3) were both steady.  SVU was down 0.1 to 0.6.

FOX:  The preliminary 3.4 for THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL was down 0.3 from last week’s early number.

Tonight, CHARMED and DYNASTY begin their new seasons on CW. 

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
