NETWORK FINALS:  Game 5 of the WORLD SERIES adjusted to 2.7 (down 1.9 from 2018’s Game 5), and SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL adjusted to 5.7 (down 0.9 from last week).  The CBS football-related adjustments included a 0.6 drop for 60 MINUTES, and 0.1 declines for GOD FRIENDED ME and MADAM SECRETARY.  In addition, SHARK TANK gained 0.1 in final numbers, and THE ROOKIE lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The (relatively) good news for HBO was that WATCHMEN held last week’s premiere rating at 0.25.  But the final season premiere of SILICON VALLEY was at 0.17, down 0.14 from the 2018 premiere, and MRS. FLETCHER launched at a low 0.07.  LAST WEEK TONIGHT returned from a week off up 0.02 to 0.25

AMC’s THE WALKING DEAD led Sunday cable, but hit another new low with a 0.07 decline to 1.12, with TALKING DEAD up 0.03 to 0.38.  Starz’s POWER returned from a week off at a steady 0.43, and POWER CONFIDENTIAL was also steady at 0.18, with LEAVENWORTH up 0.02 to 0.06.  Adult Swim’s ROBOT CHICKEN was at 0.30/0.28, compared to last week’s 0.35/0.33.  USA’s MR ROBOT was steady at 0.10.  FX’s THE WEEKLY lost 0.02 to 0.06.  On Showtime, THE CIRCUS dropped off the chart, down 0.02 to 0.03/182K, and THE AFFAIR ticked down to 0.04/442K.

TLC’s 90 DAY FIANCE was at 0.97/0.94 compared to last week’s 0.87, with UNEXPECTED up a tick to 0.43.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY returned at 0.42, and MARRIED TO MEDICINE was steady at 0.28.  On E!, KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS dropped 0.09 to 0.41, and E! TRUE HOLLYWOOD STORY was down 0.07 to 0.11.  On Food Network, HALLOWEEN WARS rose 0.09 to 0.34, and HAUNTED GINGERBREAD SHOWDOWN was up 0.05 to 0.23.  NBC Sports Net’s NASCAR race was at 0.27.  Unusually for a Sunday, Fox News’s FOX & FRIENDS placed in the Top 20 at 0.24/0.42/2.7M.  On Discovery, ALASKA: THE LAST FRONTIER held at 0.21, RIVER OF NO RETURN gained 0.02 to 0.19, and WHY WE HATE ticked up to 0.07.  HGTV’s line-up was led by CARIBBEAN LIFE at 0.21, up 0.05 from last week.  ID’s AMERICAN MONSTER ticked down to 0.19.  MTV’s RIDICULOUSNESS fell 0.06 to 0.14.
