CW: Airing a non-crossover episode for the first time since November 26, ARROW was down 0.1 to 0.3. The official (non-crossover) premiere of LEGENDS OF TOMORROW was at 0.2, down 0.1 from its October 2018 premiere (on a Monday).
CBS: NCIS remained at 1.0, FBI gained 0.1 to 0.9, and FBI: MOST WANTED was down 0.1 to 0.7.
