NETWORK FINALS:  60 MINUTES gained 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The increased number of people stuck at home didn’t help all shows.  On HBO, the season premiere of WESTWORLD arrived at 0.29, down a steep 0.60 from its last premiere in April 2018, and down 0.28 from the Season 2 finale (and even down a tenth from last week’s finale of THE OUTSIDER).  The rest of the line-up had LAST WEEK TONIGHT down 0.04 to 0.23, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM steady at 0.17, and AVENUE 5 up a tick to 0.11.  Meanwhile, on Showtime, the season premiere of BLACK MONDAY was off the chart at 0.02/81K & 0.01/66K, compared to the Season 1 premiere at 0.08.  It was preceded by THE CIRCUS up a tick to 0.03, OUR CARTOON PRESIDENT up 0.01 to 0.02/137K, and HOMELAND down 0.02 to 0.11. 

Elsewhere in scripted, AMC’s THE WALKING DEAD had an impressive 0.31 climb to 1.23.  Adult Swim’s BALLMASTRZ 9009 was at 0.31/0.27 compared to last week’s 0.29/0.25.  Hallmark’s WHEN CALLS THE HEART was steady at 0.20, and WHEN HOPE CALLS held at 0.13.  Starz’s OUTLANDER stayed at 0.10, and WRONG MAN was steady at 0.01/50K. 

CNN’s DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES DEBATE easily led Sunday cable at 1.97.  On TLC, 90 DAY FIANCE rose a tenth to 0.92, and SISTER WIVES was down 0.05 to 0.46.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA slipped 0.02 to 0.61, and FAMILY KARMA was down 0.05 to 0.17.  On Food Network, BUDDY VS DUFF was at 0.32/0.26, and BEAT BOBBY FLAY ticked up to 0.26.  On HGTV, EXTREME MAKEOVER was at 0.26/0.23 compared to last week’s 0.26/0.25, and 100 DAY DREAM HOME was up 0.04 to 0.24.  On Discovery, NAKED & AFRAID dropped 0.09 to 0.22, and ROB RIGGLE: INVESTIGATOR ticked up to 0.15.  Paramount’s BAR RESCUE ticked down to 0.21.  On ID, EVIL LIVES HERE fell 0.08 to 0.20, and THE LAKE ERIE MURDERS ticked down to 0.19.  VH1’s WILD N OUT lost 0.02 to 0.10.
