ABC: The sitcoms all returned from a rerun week, with THE CONNERS (1.0) and BLESS THIS MESS (0.6) each down 0.1, and MIXED-ISH (0.6) and BLACK-ISH (0.6) both steady. FOR LIFE held last week’s 0.6.
NBC: ELLEN’S GAME OF GAMES returned from a rerun week down 0.2 to 1.2. A rerun of NEW AMSTERDAM was at 0.5, and an NBC NEWS special was at 0.5.
FOX: The season finale of THE RESIDENT was steady with its last new episode at 0.8 (and also steady with the 2019 finale), and EMPIRE gained 0.1 to 0.7.
CBS: Reruns at 0.5-0.7.
CW: Reruns at 0.2/0.1.
After last night’s SCHITT’S CREEK exit, tonight’s veteran sitcom to say farewell is ABC’s MODERN FAMILY, which will feature a one-hour finale and retrospective special, and be followed by the return of WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE.
