Except for football and a football-adjacent show, no network programming on Sunday night even hit a 2 rating.
ABC: As it heads towards its midseason climax, ONCE UPON A TIME tied its series low 1.9. The Hallmark Hall of Fame movie CHRISTMAS IN CONWAY scored a terrible 1.1, although it was somewhat less awful among older-skewing total viewers.
FOX: The network aired reruns of THE SIMPSONS (1.5) and FAMILY GUY (1.6), and without fresh lead-ins, BOB’S BURGERS was down 0.3 to 1.6, and AMERICAN DAD dropped 0.2 to 1.7.
CBS: The line-up was delayed for 50 minutes, so all numbers are preliminary and likely to shift. We think the 7PM NFL FOOTBALL overrun will adjust to a massive 8.7 with the AFC Denver/Kansas City showdown, and that pushed 60 MINUTES all the way to 3.4. After that, THE AMAZING RACE is currently at 1.9, THE GOOD WIFE at 1.6 and THE MENTALIST (barely in primetime) at 1.5.
NBC: The Giants/Redskins game on SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL wasn’t a huge draw as games go, but it was still enough for what we expect to be a 6.5, easily dominating the night.
Now that November sweeps are over, networks are starting to rest their shows, with holiday specials on ABC and a rerun SLEEPY HOLLOW on FOX. NBC airs the midseason finale of THE BLACKLIST.

Sunday preliminary broadcast ratings: 60 Minutes and the CBS 7:00-7:30 half hour specifically inflated by 10 minutes of the end of Masters coverage from 7:00-7:10 pm (mostly the monumentally awkward and amazingly tense ceremony in “Butler Cabin,” where the Green Jacket is awarded).
