SHOWBUZZDAILY’s Top 25 Wednesday Cable Originals (& Network Update): 2.4.2015

 

NETWORK UPDATE:  The 9:30PM run of FRESH OFF THE BOAT lost 0.1 in final numbers, leaving it at 2.3, and THE 100 also dipped 0.1.  AMERICAN IDOL gained 0.1 (EMPIRE stayed as is). 

Ratings in key demos for the Top 25 original cable telecasts (plus a few other lower-rated but noteworthy programs):

DUCK DYNASTY (A&E) stayed at the top of Wednesday’s cable originals, but it dropped 0.18 from last week to 0.75, and lead-out WAHLBURGERS fell 0.14 to 0.52, with DONNIE LOVES JENNY down 0.15 to 0.42.  THE GAME (BET) was up 0.02 to 0.73.  On VH1, MOB WIVES climbed 0.08 to 0.64, but HINDSIGHT lost 0.04 to 0.15, not a good sign under any definition.  ESPN’s NBA BASKETBALL doubleheader was at 0.65/0.47.  Discovery’s DUAL SURVIVAL was up 0.06 to 0.64.  SUITS (USA) slipped a tick to 0.54.  THE AMERICANS (FX) simply crashed from last week’s season premiere, down an ugly 0.28 to 0.35.  On Lifetime, LITTLE WOMEN LA rose 0.13 to 0.57, and BIG WOMEN BIG LOVE was at 0.35.  AMERICAN PICKERS (History) dropped 0.05 to 0.54.  MTV’s SNOOKI & JWOWW gained 0.08 to 0.50.  Both WORKAHOLICS and BROAD CITY on Comedy Central were at 0.49, which put them respectively down 0.09 and up 0.08.  TOP CHEF (Bravo) fell 0.08 to 0.42, with BEST NEW RESTAURANT at 0.17.  On ABCFamily, MELISSA AND JOEY and BABY DADDY were each down a tenth, to 0.39/0.29.  On FXX, IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA picked up 0.02 to 0.36, and MAN SEEKING WOMAN lost a tick to 0.13.  On TVLand, HOT IN CLEVELAND and THE EXES were both at 0.15, which was down 0.02 for EXES.
