CBS: SURVIVOR’s cycle finale was down 0.2 from last fall’s finale to 2.2, and it was even down slightly from the 2.3 for last week’s regular episode. Similarly, the SURVIVOR REUNION SPECIAL was down 0.1 from last fall’s edition to 1.7.
ABC: After 2 hours of sitcom reruns topped by MODERN FAMILY’s 1.4, a NASHVILLE: ON THE RECORD special was awful at 0.4.
NBC: Reruns, led by 0.9 for CHICAGO PD.
FOX: Reruns at 0.7/0.6.
CW: Reruns at twin 0.3s.
The only network with regular programming tonight is CBS, led by a much-hyped episode of THE BIG BANG THEORY. The other networks mostly air specials of the holiday variety, including ABC’s annual BARBARA WALTERS’ 10 MOST FASCINATING PEOPLE. On cable, BBCAmerica has a new LUTHER TV-movie.
COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
