NETWORK UPDATE:  Both THE X-FILES and LUCIFER gained 0.1 in final numbers, although they’re still way off from last week’s ratings.  THE BACHELOR also received an 0.1 bump.  The NCIS: LA rerun lost 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  VH1 had the Monday cable lead, with 1.42 (down 0.08) for LOVE & HIP-HOP, followed by 1.10 for STEVIE J & JOSELINE (down 0.23), 0.98 for K MICHELLE: MY LIFE (down two-tenths) and 0.69 for HIT THE FLOOR (down 0.09).  USA’s WWE coverage was at 1.26/1.24/1.15, way off last week’s 1.53/1.51/1.44.  CNN placed 3 segments of its Iowa Caucus coverage in the Top 10, peaking at 1.20, although it should be noted that FOX News’s coverage, while lower in the 18-49 demo (peaking at 0.89) and the “news demo” 25-54 group, was the winner in total viewers due to its typical 50+ strength.  MTV’s TEEN MOM gained 0.04 to 1.00, with an AFTERSHOW special at 0.70, and TRUE LIFE steady at 0.36.  On Discovery, FAST N LOUD was down 0.03 to 0.98, and DIESEL BROTHERS rose 0.06 to 0.81.  On Bravo, VANDERPUMP RULES shed 0.06 to 0.68, and UNTYING THE KNOT fell 0.11 to 0.19.  On Food Network, KIDS BAKING CHAMPIONSIHP edged up 0.02 to 0.58, and CAKE WARS lost 0.05 to 0.46.  On TBS, AMERICAN DAD lost a tick to 0.53, and ANGIE TRIBECA (listed by Nielsen as a new episode, although since it’s designated as Episode 101, it may have been a rerun) held at 0.28.  Syfy’s THE MAGICIANS lost 0.06 to 0.35, and LOST GIRL was at 0.11.  On Freeform, THE FOSTERS fell 0.11 to 0.32, and RECOVERY ROAD inched up 0.02 to 0.18.  WAR & PEACE appears only to have aired on Lifetime, where it ticked up to 0.10.
