NETWORK FINALS:  CBS’s REPUBLICAN DEBATE gained 0.2 in final numbers, and both the debate lead-in 48 HOURS and FOX’s NASCAR coverage were up 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Sports dominated the Top 10, with 7 of the slots (actually 8, because HBO’s premiere of the FURIOUS 7 movie is only on the chart because the network insists on calling its licensed theatrical movies “originals”).  TNT had a trio of NBA ALL-STAR WEEKEND telecasts, topped by ALL-STAR SATURDAY NIGHT at 2.61, with the ALL-STAR TIP-OFF at 0.88 and the ALL-STAR CHALLENGE at 0.45; after those aired, the network retained some of the crowd with 0.87 for a SPORTS ILLUSTRATED SWIMSUIT ISSUE special.  ESPN aired 3 COLLEGE BASKETBALL games through the day and night, with 0.70 for both the afternoon games.  Adult Swim was the only network to break through the sports logjam with its late-night animation:  DRAGON BALL Z up 0.04 to 0.74/1.55M, AKAME GA KILL up 0.08 to 0.59, PARASYTE up 0.09 to 0.53, SAMURAI CHAMPLOO up 0.06 to 0.46/954K, NARUTO up 0.04 to 0.44/936K, ONE PIECE up 0.04 to 0.38/803K, and KILL LA KILL up 0.05 to 0.35/723K.  Spike’s COPS held at 0.40.  Hallmark’s movie VALENTINE EVER AFTER was at 0.39.  Discovery’s MYTHBUSTERS rose 0.05 to 0.35.  On Food Network, KITCHEN AT FN fell 0.12 to 0.32, PIONEER WOMAN dropped 0.14 to 0.31, and TRISHA’S SOUTHERN KITCHEN was down 0.13 to 0.31.  TLC’s SEX SENT ME TO THE ER ticked up to 0.27.  Starz’s BLACK SAILS jumped 0.09 to 0.21.  Esquire’s BEOWULF slipped 0.01 to 0.03/166K.
