NETWORK FINALS:  THE BACHELOR finale and SCORPION each gained 0.1 in final numbers, while BLINDSPOT and the AFTER THE FINAL ROSE after-show went the same distance in the other direction.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  In the absence of a new LOVE & HIP-HOP, USA’s WWE went unchallenged for the top spot on Monday cable, scoring 1.36/1.25/1.22 compared to last week’s 1.29/1.27/1.23.  AMC’s BETTER CALL SAUL fell 0.13 to 0.81.  Bravo’s VANDERPUMP RULES rose 0.02 to 0.70, and the AFTERSHOW was up a tenth to 0.37.  On Discovery, STREET OUTLAWS held at 0.69, and MISFIT GARAGE climbed 0.09 to 0.52.  ESPN’s NBA doubleheader was at 0.34/0.59.  On A&E, BATES MOTEL fell 0.09 to 0.57, and DAMIEN lost a tenth to 0.21.  On TBS, AMERICAN DAD fell 0.11 to 0.53, but FULL FRONTAL gained 0.05 to 0.33.  History’s SWAMP PEOPLE ticked up to 0.51, and BILLION DOLLAR WRECK was up 0.02 to 0.30.  Without their usual LOVE & HIP-HOP anchor, VH1’s K MICHELLE: MY LIFE plunged 0.25 to 0.50, HIT THE FLOOR was down 0.11 to 0.43, and STEVIE J & JOSELINE GO HOLLYWOOD dropped by more than half, down an ugly 0.45 to 0.43.  MTV, still billing its TEEN MOM hours as “specials,” was down 0.21 to 0.49, and TRUE LIFE was down 0.13 to 0.21.  The season finale of TNT’s MAJOR CRIMES was steady at 0.48.  The BET HONORS special was at 0.42.  Food Network’s CAKE WARS gained 0.06 to 0.35.  On Freeform, THE FOSTERS lost 0.04 to 0.30, and RECOVERY ROAD was down 0.03 to 0.18.  Syfy’s THE MAGICIANS ticked up to 0.28, LOST GIRL evaporated by 0.02 to 0.10, and BITTEN fell 0.02 to 0.09.  The second half of Lifetime’s AND THEN THERE WERE NONE shrank by a tenth to 0.08.
