NETWORK FINALS:  NBC has been propping up BLINDSPOT by starting its airings at 10:01PM, and sometimes it catches up with the show in final numbers, as happened last night, with THE VOICE up 0.1 and BLINDSPOT down 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  LOVE & HIP-HOP returned to VH1 after a week off, up 0.04 to 1.27, and that made all the difference for its lead-outs:  STEVIE j & JOSELINE GO HOLLYWOOD up 0.52 to 0.95, K MICHELLE: MY LIFE up 0.41 to 0.91, and HIT THE FLOOR up 0.23 to 0.66.  USA’s WWE coverage was down from last week at 1.20/1.20/1.16 compared to 1.36/1.25/1.22.  MTV’s TEEN MOM jumped 0.56 from last week’s “special” to 1.05, with the 11PM after-special at 0.67.  AMC’s BETTER CALL SAUL gained 0.06 to 0.87.  On Discovery, STREET OUTLAWS and MISFIT GARAGE held at 0.69/0.52.  Bravo’s VANDERPUMP RULES lost a tick to 0.69.  On A&E, BATES MOTEL rose 0.03 to 0.60, while DAMIEN ticked down to 0.20.  On TBS, AMERICAN DAD was steady at 0.53, and FULL FRONTAL lost 0.04 to 0.29.  On History, SWAMP PEOPLE gained a hundredth to 0.52, and BILLION DOLLAR WRECK fell 0.03 to 0.27.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was up 0.15 to 0.48, and HOUSE HUNTERS was at 0.43, with TINY HOUSE HUNTERS at 0.43/0.38.  Syfy’s THE MAGICIANS climbed 0.04 to 0.32, but LOST GIRL shrank by 0.02 to 0.08, and BITTEN was down 0.01 to 0.08. Food Network’s CAKE WARS lost 0.03 to 0.32.  On Freeform, THE FOSTERS ticked up to 0.31, and RECOVERY ROAD gained 0.02 to 0.20.  Logo’s RUPAUL’S DRAG RACE was at 0.13.
