  Best Friends not forever. NBC:  The burn-off of the final episodes of BEST FRIENDS FOREVER was ugly, as they scored a CW-level 0.6.  DATELINE more than doubled that with a 1.4, winning the 9PM hour and a close 2d place at 10PM.
