Fast National ratings for CBS Monday programs will be inflated slightly. The CBS station in Baltimore (WJZ) is carrying the ESPN Monday Night Football game locally (between the Baltimore Ravens and Jacksonville Jaguars). A non-network affiliated station in Jacksonville is carrying the game there and will not disturb the fast nationals.
Baltimore is the #27 market in the country, with 0.96% of TV homes. The fast national ratings for the CBS comedies and Hawaii Five-O will probably appear a tenth of a rating point higher than the final official national ratings, which will be issues Tuesday afternoon.
