>Last night as usual, NBC won the night with an estimated 6.3 Adult 18-49 rating (this is an adjustment from the fast national number to what we think the official national number will be tomorrow morning).  The game itself starting at 8:30 between Pittsburgh and Kansas City posted a 6.7 in the fast nationals, which we are estimating will go up to a 7.3 in the officials.

CBS had the NFL late afternoon game, which provided a preliminary 7.0 rating in the 7-8 pm hour.  60 Minutes did very good 3.6 rating at 8:00 with stories about homeless children and families in Florida, food scent experts, and Angelina Jolie.  Amazing Race turned in a season low 2.4, but don’t worry it will still win the Emmy for best reality show.  The dramas had the night of in favor of repeats of Person of Interest (1.5 rating at 10 pm).

FOX’s animated comedies continue to flounder, with all four originals hitting season lows.  The not-long-for-this-world Allen Gregory is the weakest, all the way down to a 1.5 rating.

ABC brought the 7-9 portion of the schedule back last night, the week after the American Music Awards.  America’s Funniest Home Video did its best number of the season (a still not great 1.8 rating), while Once Upon a Time turned in a season low (a still very good 3.4 rating).  The female soaps were pulled for a Hallmark Hall of Fame movie, Mitch Albom’s Have a Little Faith.  No “Tuesdays with Morrie”, only a 1.1 rating turned up for the last words of wisdom from Albom.  CBS is not sad to see the Hallmark channel migrate to ABC.
