THE SKED THURSDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 5/31/12

The question, as it is every summer:  will the viewers come back in the fall?

ABC:  DUETS got off to a bad start last week, and despite little competition, it was down to a 1.5 in its second installment.  ROOKIE BLUE was even with last week at 1.4, but that was 2d place to a rerun of America’s Got Talent.

FOX:  The network’s post-season season finale of TOUCH had a series-low 1.3 over 2 hours.

NBC:  That 10PM win for the repeat AMERICA’S GOT TALENT was the high point, ahead of 1.1 for another AGT rerun at 9PM, and 0.8 for THE OFFICE reruns at 8PM.

CBS:  The night’s winner, with a line-up of reruns.  THE BIG BANG THEORY‘s 2.3 was the only show on network TV last night to score over a 2 rating.

CW:  None of the network’s summer programming is clicking so far, and last night’s debut of BREAK POINTE continued the trend with a 0.3, followed by a 0.2 for a THE CATALINA rerun.

Apart from DATELINE and 20/20, the only new programming on broadcast TV tonight is NBC’s burn-off of unaired BEST FRIENDS FOREVER episodes.  On Starz, MAGIC CITY airs its Season 1 (it’s already been renewed for another order) finale.
