FOX has settled into a second-place position on Tuesday, with Glee bouncing around a 3 rating, New Girl around a 3.5, and Raising Hope a low-2 rating. On this night last year, Glee scored a 5.0 rating, while a Raising Hope original did a 2.7 at 9:00 pm and a repeat at 9:30 posted a 1.7.
CBS has also settled into a predictable pattern, first place for the night paced by the strong NCIS. Last year on this night, NCIS did a 3.9 and NCIS: Los Angeles did a 3.3 (both very similar to this year), while Good Wife (2.2) was slightly below what Unforgettable is able to do now.

The ABC comedies from 8-9 pm have finally found their level, a decent 2.6 for Last Man Standing and a very soft 1.7 for Man Up! Last year the entire 8-9 pm hour was down to a 1.7 for No Ordinary Family. At 9 pm Dancing with the Stars Results posted a 3.4, and Detroit 187 did a 1.7. So despite being down substantially in the 9 pm hour this year with Dancing, 8 and 10 pm are up enough to make the night a wash for ABC.
