>A pretty weak night on network TV compared to the same night last year, with three networks down and one up only low single digits.  CBS did the best, winning Tuesday night with a 3.3 Adult 18-49 rating in the fast nationals, up 3% versus the same night last November.  FOX was second with a 3.0 but down 11% versus last year as it struggles to re-establish its Tuesday night line-up.  NBC was third with a 2.3 rating, while ABC declined 9% to a 2.2.  Almost halfway through the November sweep, FOX and CBS remain at the top with significant gains over last year.

FOX’s once dominant Tuesday (way back during the first three weeks of the season), is struggling to find its footing after pre-emptions for baseball and The X Factor.  Things looked kind of promising at 8 pm with Glee up one tenth of a rating point over last week, but New Girl is down a tenth from last week and Raising Hope hit the mat with a season low, down four tenths from last week.

FOX Tues Track   9.20  9.27  10.4  10.11 10.18 10.25 11.1  11.8

Raising Hope     3.1   2.9   2.9   —   —   —   2.5   2.1*

CBS had some good news at 8 pm with NCIS up a few tenths from last week to a very solid 4.1 young adult rating.  However, NCIS: LA and Unforgettable were basically flat at levels that nonetheless look good versus the competition.

CBS Tues Track   9.20  9.27  10.4  10.11 10.18 10.25 11.1  11.8
NCIS             4.3   4.2   4.2   4.0   3.9   4.1   3.9   4.1*

Unforgettable    2.9   2.5   2.5   2.3   2.5   2.5   2.3   2.4*

Down four weeks in a row, Last Man Standing hit a 2.6 young adult rating, most likely closing in a 2.5 level, where it will stay most of the season.  Man Up! continues to be unimpressive, probably headed for a bottom of a 1.6 or 1.5 in coming weeks.  Dancing with the Stars Results turned in an average (for this season) performance, though down from a 3.4 rating on the same night last year.  Body of Proof was pre-empted for an In the Spotlight with Robin Roberts, which even under-performed the struggling Dana Delaney drama.

ABC Tues Track   9.20  9.27  10.4  10.11 10.18 10.25 11.1  11.8
Last Man Standing —   —   —   3.6   3.1   2.8   2.7   2.6*

Body of Proof    2.2   1.8   2.0   1.8   1.9   1.8   1.9   —

NBC saw Biggest Loser hit its highest level of the season (2.4 rating), while Parenthood tied a season low (2.0 rating) which was good enough for second place at 10 pm.

NBC Tues Track   9.20  9.27  10.4  10.11 10.18 10.25 11.1  11.8
Biggest Loser    2.3   2.3   2.1   2.0   1.9   2.0   2.3   2.4*
