It looks like the men who made ABC’s WORK IT will have to don dresses to land their next gig: after only 2 low-rated airings, the network has given in to the inevitable and pulled the awful show from its schedule. However, those hoping that what was bad for Work It would be good for Cougar Town are in for a disappointment, since instead of scheduling the redheaded stepchild of its line-up in the vacant slot, ABC is merely going to air Last Man Standing reruns at Tuesday 8:30PM.
Work It was yanked after failing to score higher than a 1.5 in its second airing. In a completely unrelated note, there’s been no announcement yet from NBC concerning The Firm, which scored 1.0 in its second broadcast on Thursday night…
