NETWORK FINALS:  BIG BROTHER gained 0.1 in final numbers, while the SEAL TEAM rerun lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  VH1 reigned over Wednesday cable, with BLACK INK CREW at 0.48/0.35 compared to last week’s 0.48/0.42, and BASKETBALL WIVES down 0.07 to 0.44.  FX’s SNOWFALL was steady at 0.42.  ESPN’s US OPEN coverage was at 0.41.  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE dropped 0.11 to 0.40.  On Lifetime, MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT lost 0.04 to 0.31, and MARRYING MILLIONS was down 0.03 to 0.12.  On Food Network, GUY’S GROCERY GAMES gained 0.03 to 0.30.  On History, FORGED IN FIRE dropped 0.04 to 0.30.  Fox News’s HANNITY led cable news at 0.29/0.48/3.4M, with CNN’s climate change TOWN HALL rated as separate telecasts for each candidate, with a 8:44PM peak at 0.25/0.33/1.4M, and MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.20/0.33/2.8M.  On Discovery, EXPEDITION UNKNOWN rose 0.03 to 0.29, and CONTACT ticked down to 0.12.  On HGTV, PROPERTY BROTHERS ticked up to 0.27, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL edged up 0.02 to 0.21, and HOUSE HUNTERS was down 0.05 to 0.19.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF DALLAS was at 0.26.  On ID, THE MURDER TAPES held at 0.26, and HOMICIDE HUNTER was steady at 0.26.  WGN’s DOG’S MOST WANTED premiered at 0.26, a very big number for that network.  On USA, SUITS returned from a week off at 0.23, and PEARSON stayed at 0.08.  OWN’s QUEEN SUGAR was steady at 0.21, and DAVID MAKES MAN was down a tick to 0.09.  The season finale of TV Land’s YOUNGER was at 0.17, up 0.05 from last week but down 0.05 from the 2018 finale.  Comedy Central’s SOUTH SIDE ticked up to 0.17.  On A&E, GHOST HUNTERS shed 0.03 to 0.17, and PSYCHIC KIDS was up 0.05 to 0.16.
