CBS: Not too shockingly, the CAROL BURNETT 50TH ANNIVERSARY special skewed extremely old, with 15M total viewers and a 20 share in the 50+ demo, but a much smaller (yet not at all insignificant) 1.5 rating in 18-49s. The night started with 60 MINUTES at 1.2 (down 0.7 from last week, when CBS had the late afternoon national NFL game) and ended with an NCIS: LA rerun at 0.7.
FOX: The last time FOX ran its regular line-up after the late NFL game was 3 weeks ago. Compared to those numbers, THE SIMPSONS was down 0.2 to 1.7, GHOSTED dropped 0.3 to 1.0, FAMILY GUY was also down 0.3 to 1.1, and LAST MAN ON EARTH slipped 0.1 to 0.8.
ABC: AMERICA’S FUNNIEST HOME VIDEOS fell 0.2 to 1.0 (after a 0.8 rerun), and SHARK TANK was down 0.1 to 0.9 (and was followed by a 0.8 rerun).
NBC: The preliminary 5.2 for SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL was up 0.1 from last week.
THE GREAT CHRISTMAS LIGHT FIGHT returns to ABC tonight, and CBS tries out an episode of SWAT in SCORPION’s slot.
COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
