Broadcast TV barely even had a pulse last night.
FOX: Somebody had to “win,” and that was FOX, with a line-up of animated reruns that gave the network a 1.3 average for the night.
NBC: The night’s only original non-news telecast, WOMEN’S CONCERT FOR CHANGE, had an 0.8 rating, less than half what FOX’s pair of Family Guy reruns drew against it.
CBS: 60 MINUTES had a 1.0, only able to tie a rerun of America’s Funniest Home Videos on ABC.
ABC: That 1.0 was ABC’s best number of the night, double the 0.5 it had from the rest of its reruns.
Tonight should be at least a little more active, with the season finale of REVOLUTION on NBC airing against the debut of MISTRESSES on ABC. There’s also an interesting bit of corporate synergy on FOX as FX’s ANGER MANAGEMENT airs the first of 4 episodes on the parent network, its FX ratings having cratered in recent months. On cable, MTV’s TEEN WOLF roars into Season 2, and ABCFamily debuts THE FOSTERS.
