Demo Profile 2015 WED.3 Jun

NBC:  A different sport will take the spotlight tonight, but on Wednesday the NHL STANLEY CUP FINALS led with a preliminary 1.8 rating, 0.1 below last year’s final number for Game 1.

CBS:  THE BRIEFCASE tumbled 0.5 from last week’s premiere to 0.9, preceding reruns at 1.0/0.9.

ABC:  CELEBRITY WIFE SWAP slipped 0.1 to 1.0, running behind the 1.2/1.1 sitcom reruns that it followed.

FOX:  MASTERCHEF lost 0.2 to 1.4, but BULLSEYE was steady at 1.1.

CW:  Reruns at 0.3/0.2.

The NBA FINALS begin tonight, and will certainly dominate the evening.  NBC is nevertheless launching the season premiere of HANNIBAL against the game, probably on the theory that the series has always been a specialized taste (so to speak) anyway.  It will also be interesting to note how AQUARIUS does after 6 days of binge-watching availability online, although the result will be clouded by the NBA competition.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
