Network Wednesdays seem to have settled in.
DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).
Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.
ABC: The only variations from last week were 0.1 bumps for THE GOLDBERGS (to 2.2) and MODERN FAMILY (to 2.8). THE MIDDLE remained at 2.0, BLACK-ISH at 1.9, and NASHVILLE at 1.0.
NBC: Without last week’s turbo-charge from a special hour of THE VOICE, things returned to normal, with THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA at 1.1, SVU down 0.6 to 1.4, and CHICAGO PD down 0.2 to 1.4. None of those varied more than 0.1 from 2 weeks ago.
CBS: Another case of stability, as SURVIVOR and CRIMINAL MINDS were each down 0.1 (to 2.0 and 1.5, respectively), and CODE BLACK stayed at 1.2.
FOX: ROSEWOOD held at 1.4, and EMPIRE climbed 0.2 to 4.4.
CW: ARROW was up 0.1 to 1.0, and SUPERNATURAL was steady at 0.7.
The last Thursday of November sweeps features the start of Fall Finale season, as all the ShondaLand shows and THE BLACKLIST air their final new episodes of 2015.
COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
