NETWORK FINALS:  THE BIG BANG THEORY gained 0.1 in final numbers, but LIFE IN PIECES and MOM lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA’s WWE led Thursday cable, down 0.02 to 0.85, while the just-renewed COLONY fell 0.07 to 0.39. The WWE number topped MSNBC’s coverage of the DEMOCRATIC DEBATE, at 0.82 the lowest rated debate of this election cycle.  (Last week’s FOX News Republican debate, even without Donald Trump participating, earned a 2.27.)  Spike’s LIP SYNC BATTLE dropped 0.07 to 0.76.  HGTV’s FLIP OR FLOP gained 0.05 to 0.63, and both HOUSE HUNTERS INTL and HOUSE HUNTERS were at 0.44 (up 0.02 for the latter), with FIVE DAY FLIP at 0.36.  ESPN’s 30 FOR 30 documentary about the 1985 Bears, at 0.60, beat TNT’s NBA doubleheader at 0.54/0.41.  On A&E, NIGHTWATCH dropped a tenth to 0.53, and THE FIRST 48 lost 0.07 to 0.51.  Bravo’s TOP CHEF was steady at 0.43, and RECIPE FOR DECEPTION fell 0.04 to 0.11.  On Lifetime, PROJECT RUNWAY JR rose 0.06 to 0.40, and CHILD GENIUS gained 0.04 to 0.20.  On MTV, RIDICULOUSNESS was down 0.03 to 0.35, GREATEST PARTY STORY EVER was down 0.04 to 0.17, and BROKE A$$ GAME SHOW fell 0.05 to 0.11.  We’s GROWING UP HIP-HOP gained 0.04 to 0.33, and TAMAR & VINCE rose a tenth to 0.29.  FX’s BASKETS continued heading downward, off by 0.08 to 0.27.  On Comedy Central, WORKAHOLICS ticked down to 0.30, and IDIOTSITTER was up 0.03 to 0.22.  IFC’s PORTLANDIA held last week’s 0.07.  BBCAmerica’s LONDON SPY grew by a hundredth to 0.03/110K.
