NETWORK FINALS:  The only change in final numbers was the not atypical 0.1 shift in CBS’s 8PM hour, as BIG BANG THEORY gained the fraction and LIFE IN PIECES lost it.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  At this point, the REPUBLICAN DEBATES have covered as many episodes as a regular cable series, and last night it was CNN’s turn, with the debate itself at 2.70 (higher than the 2.2 for CBS’s GOP debate on February 13) and pre- and post-analysis taking the next 2 slots.  In not unrelated news, WWE (USA) was the next highest-rated show, down 0.02 to 0.76; its lead-out COLONY gained 0.05 to 0.35.  HGTV’s FLIP OR FLOP rose 0.03 to 0.69, HOUSE HUNTERS gained 0.02 to 0.48, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL dropped 0.07 to 0.40.  History’s VIKINGS fell 0.18 to 0.64, and JOIN OR DIE was at 0.21, squarely between last week’s 0.24/0.17 for 2 episodes.  TNT’s NBA doubleheader was at 0.57 (Oklahoma City vs. New Orleans)/0.51 (Houston vs. Portland).  Spike’s LIP SYNC BATTLE dropped a heavy 0.19 to 0.48.  On TruTV, IMPRACTICAL JOKERS gained 0.02 to 0.42, and THOSE WHO CAN’T ticked down to 0.15.  Bravo’s TOP CHEF held at 0.37, and RECIPE FOR DECEPTION lost 0.02 to 0.11.  On Comedy Central, WORKAHOLICS gained 0.02 to 0.35, and IDIOTSITTER climbed 0.05 to 0.22.  MTV’s RIDICULOUSNESS ticked up to 0.35, and GREATEST PARTY STORY EVER fell 0.05 to 0.20.  Lifetime’s PROJECT RUNWAY ALL-STARS rose 0.03 to 0.30, and CHILD GENIUS added a hundredth to 0.16.  FX’s newly-renewed BASKETS fell 0.07 to 0.24.  IFC’s PORTLANDIA fell 0.02 to 0.05.  On BBCAmerica, PREY premiered at 0.02/76K, a low number even for that network.
