NETWORK UPDATE:  NCIS and NCIS: NEW ORLEANS recaptured this morning’s 0.1 losses with bumps in final numbers.  THE FLASH also gained 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  What turned out to be the final episode of THE BASTARD EXECUTIONER, a fact not disclosed until after it aired, rose 0.05 to 0.31.  The night was led by college sports on ESPN, with the weekly COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS RANKING show zooming from last week’s 0.38 all the way to 1.28.  The show was sandwiched between two COLLEGE BASKETBALL games at 1.10 and 0.85.  (It’s worth noting that although there was a gender split for this programming, with roughly two-thirds of the audience male, they appealed to all ages from 12-34 to 50+.)  History’s CURSE OF OAK ISLAND gained 0.11 to 0.78, while HUNTING HITLER slipped 0.03 to 0.50.  On Bravo, BELOW DECK added a tenth for 0.75, while PEOPLE’S COUCH fell 0.06 to 0.25.  OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG dropped 0.12 to 0.64.  BET’s BEING MARY JANE had an even steeper drop, down 0.28 to 0.63.  (Another demo note:  although the 18-49 ratings for IF LOVING YOU and BEING MARY JANE were almost identical, BEING MARY JANE has a much younger audience, with more than twice as many 12-34 viewers as 50+, the reverse of IF LOVING YOU.)  Discovery’s MOONSHINERS returned at 0.60.  On USA, CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST was steady at 0.60, and DONNY was also quite steady for a Week 2 show, down 0.02 to 0.22.  CONAN (TBS) may have aired a stunt episode, as it jumped to 0.53.  E!’s BOTCHED rose 0.05 to 0.46.  Food Network’s CHOPPED JUNIOR shed 0.02 to 0.46.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 fell 0.08 to 0.44, and DRUNK HISTORY lost 0.02 to 0.32.  MTV’s FINDING CARTER dropped 0.09 to 0.21.  MANHATTAN (WGNAmerica) lost 0.01 in the 18-49 demo to 0.02, but regained some of last week’s older viewers (who may have been watching last Tuesday’s debate), up by 89K to 250K.
