Irma Delays the Ratings: Update #6

Update #6 Friday 9.15.2017 10 am PT:

With Wednesday cable and broadcast nationals in this morning, the Thursday nationals are expected to be on time at 1 pm today, ending the disruption caused by Hurricane Irma.

Update #5 Wednesday 9.13.2017 1 pm PT:

Saturday and Sunday cable and broadcast nationals for 9.9-10.2017 should be available late in the afternoon PT today. No word on Monday and Tuesday, but we are assuming they would arrive sometime Thursday, while Wednesday would be a day a late and Thursday on time Friday afternoon.

Update #4 Wednesday 9.13.2017 6 am PT:

Fast affiliate broadcast prime time nationals for Monday and Tuesday 9.11-12.2017 will be posted this morning (Monday within the hour and Tuesday on time at 8 am). Still awaiting revised delivery times for Saturday-Tuesday broadcast and cable nationals.

Update #3 Tuesday 9.12.2017 2:45 pm PT:

Cable and broadcast nationals for Friday 9.8.2017 will arrive by 4 pm PT. Still awaiting revised delivery times for Saturday-Monday broadcast and cable nationals.

Update #2 Tuesday 9.12.2017 12:45 pm PT:

Fast nationals for Sunday 9.10.2017 coming shortly. Still awaiting revised delivery times for Friday-Sunday broadcast and cable nationals, as well as Monday numbers.

Update #1 Monday 9.11.2017, 7 pm PT:

Ratings delays will continue through Tuesday 9.12.2017. The Nielsen data center, where viewing data from the sample homes is processed and validated, remains closed. Nielsen reports that data from sample homes continues to be collected at a back-up facility, but the Florida center and the staff impacted by the storm are required to process the data and verify program line-ups. Check back late Tuesday for another update, possibly including revised release times.

Monday 9.11.2017, 7 am PT :

Ratings for Sunday 9.10.2017 will be delayed, as Nielsen closed it national data center in the Tampa area Sunday with Hurricane Irma approaching. No word yet when the data center will re-open and when the staff will be able to return to work.

Check back later today for revised release times, as well as possible additional related delays the rest of this week as the system gets back to normal.
