BROADCAST FINALS

ABC:  BACHELOR IN PARADISE fell 0.12 to 0.44, and THE GOOD DOCTOR plunged 0.14 to 0.25.

CBS:  THE NEIGHBORHOOD dipped 0.03 to 0.49, and BOB HEARTS ABISHOLA was down 0.03 to 0.41.  NCIS lost 0.04 to 0.39, and NCIS: HAWAII was down 0.06 to 0.28.

NBC:  THE VOICE ticked up to 0.72, and QUANTUM LEAP (which just received a 6-episode back order) was up 0.04 to 0.40.

FOX:  9-1-1 dropped 0.08 to 0.57, and THE CLEANING LADY was down 0.02 to 0.35.

CW:  The season premiere of ALL-AMERICAN was at 0.13, down a tenth from last fall’s premiere.  The season premiere of ALL-AMERICAN: HOMECOMING was at 0.10, down 0.04 from its series premiere.

TELEMUNDO:  EXATLON slipped 0.02 to 0.23, FUEGO DEL DESTINO rose 0.05 to 0.22, and INFIEL was up 0.07 to 0.25.

UNIVISION:  HERENCIA LEGADO edged up 0.02 to 0.45, and RICOS TAMBIEN was up 0.07 to 0.42.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  NOTE–we currently don’t have any cable ratings below the Top 150.  (We don’t have the season premiere of HBO’s AVENUE 5 among others.)

ESPN’s MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL jumped 1.39 to 4.65.  USA’s WWE RAW was at 0.57/0.56/0.53 compared to last week’s 0.43/0.43/0.35.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP was at 0.23/0.17 compared to last week’s 0.22/0.18, and MY TRUE CRIME STORY at 0.10/0.08 compared to last week’s 0.11.  Cable news was led by Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.22/0.34/3.3M, with CNN’s ERIN BURNETT OUTFRONT at 0.11/0.16/800K, and MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.09/0.17/2.1M.  On Food Network, HALLOWEEN BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP gained 0.04 to 0.21, and HALLOWEEN COOKIE CHALLENGE was up 0.05 to 0.16.  On TLC, 90 DAY FIANCE was at 0.19/0.15 compared to last week’s 0.18/0.12, and SMOTHERED ticked up to 0.16.  On Bravo, BELOW DECK shed 0.02 to 0.15, and REAL GIRLFRIENDS IN PARIS was down 0.02 to 0.03.  TBS’s AMERICAN DAD was up 0.02 to 0.14.  HGTV’s LOVE IT OR LIST IT dropped 0.02 to 0.13.  Discovery’s STREET OUTLAWS ticked up to 0.09.  ID’s FEAR THY NEIGHBOR was down 0.02 to 0.09.  The series finale of AMC’s KEVIN CAN F*** HIMSELF ticked down to 0.04.
